I was there for 1 night and ate at authentic restaurant in lobby. It was functional with a good bed and a clean bathroom. The fact that 34th Street subway station was some 15 minutes away was a plus.

King bedded rooms and large breakfast in restaurant. Magnificent view, a big balcony, spacious bed, too. Easy check-out was useful. Short way from the beautiful beach. I found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Federal Donuts that is only 10 minutes' walk away.
